Features: Bahia de la Concha salted "Anchoa" start with the same raw product as our white anchovies but are cured for 5 months in salt giving the flesh a pinkish brown hue with a meaty texture and pure umami flavor. Fished strictly in the Cantabrian Sea, they are rich in Omega 3 & 6 and contain the highest level of naturally occurring glutamate than any other ingredient.
Named for the famous San Sebastian bay, Bahia de la Concha anchovies are fished strictly from the Cantabrian Sea in Northern Spain. Bahia only selects the largest sized anchovies and they pay a premium for the fish that were caught last on the boat. All product is hand fileted and packed by expert artisans.
